Haya Shneorson Hadar was born in Sefad, Israel, which is a small artist town in the North. She has been painting since childhood, and studied graphic design at "Parsons School of Design", while studing the fine arts as well.

Haya had her own permanent exhibit in the Artist Quarter of Sefad. Hosting many group shows and one Women's show in the towns community center. Her art sold to tourists all over the world.

In 1979 she and her family immigrated to the US and here she has group shows in "Women Art Gallery" located in Manhattan, NY. Haya also enjoys selling her art in street shows and gets most of her inspiration from traveling around the world.
